Favorite 40B over 40B stands?

Noob here.

I'm looking at a 40 breeder and scheming to use a sump the same size mainly for a large refugium, maybe with a mantis one day. Can anyone recommend a stand suitable for that?

Or am I being overambitious and should just go with the RocketEngineer design and a smaller sump?

Google: 40 breeder with Edsel Rack.
I did a 40 breeder with a 20 gal Long Sump, the 20 long is a pretty good size, you can get a decent size refugium.
