I’ve been looking around the web for through coral identification tool. Found a couple apps that are OK. I can’t really find a website that is great. And I can’t find any good books on Amazon or the local bookstore.

What do you guys go to for your primary source, when researching corals?

I found Julian Sprung's Corals: A Quick Reference Guide for $8 used on Amazon. At a summary level, it evaluates many commonly available corals in terms of feeding requirements, aggression, placement, etc. Useful for screening your choices IMHO
