Feather duster worm care

Hey guys i just got a feather duster worm the other day and i was wondering if there is any special care needed , i have the kent micro vert food and i plan to do some of that each week or two.Also how do i know if the flow is too high for it, because its "feathers" look thin un like my mothers which is in a 10 gallon with little flow, its"Feathers" look full and thick . it is a Hawaiian feather duster, I think. its been at my fish store for a while it was under the rockwork. my tank is a 29 gal biocube , stock lights , Oceanic protein skimmer,UV sterilizer, Sieo prop 320 powerhead .
