Feed anemone frozen cooked shrimp?

I want to feed my RBTA anemone some shrimp but I have frozen cooked shrimp is this okay to feed him my shrimp
 
If it’s coconut curry can’t see it being bad

I would not. If you're going to feed the Anemone go to your grocery store and buy some fresh fish. Tiny pieces only.
Anemone don't digest their food quickly, they are not eating frequently in the wild. Because they don't digest food quickly, food sits in the gut and grows bacteria. BTA often just expel the food eventually into the tank to rot there.

Was joking about the coconut curry shrimp. Sorry, bad joke.
Personally wouldn’t do it. Many ppl don’t directly feed their nems at all. It can certainly wait until you get something proper. Get a fresh clam or something from your local fish market or supermarket
