Feeding my Rose anemone

I was wondering if there was a way to feed my anemone without making it split. It seems like it does very time i feed it.

What/how much do you usually feed? I usually feed mine about a quarter of a peeled shrimp and haven't had it split ever

That may be my problem. I was feeding it two small shrimp about one a week. I'll try cutting it down.

All i feed mine are the same food i give my fish. Its called nano reef frenzy. Very small amounts. But i only do it cause i never see my clown feeding them. Only 1 clown and 3 nems. He uses all 3 but just likes the one best. I do it 3 times a week. Very small amounts. They seem to be very heathly. Never doing anything weird, never shrivel up. That sort of thing. But hey, awesome nem in that pic. Beautiful!
