I used to use Ocean Nutrition Oysterfeast and ON Live phyto in 6 of my tanks dedicated to coral, and the response was immediate as LPS puffed up and extended feeders and GSP would instantly react; however, even though the growth rate was tremendous, the broadcast feeding of this product seemed to cause an abundance of nuisance algae as well so use at your own risk.

Hey @Garbonzo! Did you mean Reef Nutrition Oyster-Feast and RN Phyto-Feast Live? Ocean Nutrition is a different company.

Keep in mind that our products a highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Overfeeding is possible, so if you see nuisance algae popping up, simply back off on the dose. When animals ingest and digest our feeds, they produce waste, so if you don't have the proper waste export, nutrient will build up in the tank.
