My statement above was based on us, as a BRS authorized dealer, calling our sales rep and asking about the rock situation. We were told that the ban was lifted and that they are simply waiting on the rock to arrive, but that it would still be another month in a half until it would be back in stock.Not so sure what to believe at this point....

I agree with TE - seems to be more stuff on out of stock on BRS site lately.It seems like there are always LOTS of out of stock notices on BRS spread over all product areas. It's a great site but I don't understand the overall stock issue.

I'd say the hobby is growing for sure. I think a big chunk of that is people are staying in longer because they are more successful. That also means larger tanks and additional tanks.

It's just funny to think that if you walked up to a random person on the street and asked if they had horses or saltwater fish, they'd be more likely to answer "horses" :confused:
