Just noticed that one eye seems to have some swelling, cloudiness while other is normal; swimming behavior is unaffected, he eats normally, no hiding...…...all else seems unchanged and haven't noticed similar condition with other fish.
Hoping it is an injury and not a bacterial infection or parasite.
Thanks for any help.

That swelling is quite large. One tablespoon of Epsom Salts (plain USP with no scents added) per 5 gallon of tank water could help reduce the swelling. Can dose one more time in a couple of days.
But I would keep some Erythromycin (aka "Maracyn" - not Maracyn 2) ready. It usually works the best on eye infections.

Thanks, like the idea of trying less "invasive" treatment first. How long would you recommend that I keep him in treatment; until I notice swelling going down?

What he said, although the photo is of coral, not a fish? Am I missing something? Lol

Ha ha, yeah a flowerpot "hosting" a file fish.
Oh wow I see it now! Nice camouflage, I should have known! :D.

Tough to see on my phone!
