Is there such a thing as a filter that can work for both a phone and a mirrorless camera? I have a sony a7iii I use with a couple different lenses, and a phone I use as well. Would ideally like a filter set that can work for both.

Yes.
My orphek kit screws onto 52mm lenses and comes with a phone clamp. I use this one for the insanely huge phone camera on my galaxy.

This was the solution I was looking for. I have a macro that has a diameter of 62mm. Doesn't look like there is a 62mm phone kit, but i can buy the one you linked, get an idea for what color I need, then buy a 62 mm color filter a step down ring for the phone if I want to use the same one.

Manual White Balance might be a better choice with Sony A7iii.

As the light setting spectrum changes, the filter must be changed accordingly, which is a very inconvenient solution.

Only consider using filters unless you have to, such as the phone cannot set the white balance.

Nice pictures!

Sooooooooo this ended up being the solution :p

I bought the previously linked camera filters and will use them for my phone, but when I got my tiffen orange 16 filter, it turned out to be big overcompensation. The a7iii apparently has a white balance setting for "undersea fish" which instantly does the job a filter was there to do.
