Filter socks

How often do you guys clean your filter socks?? Mine seem to get dirty really fast,dont you need to clean them like everyother day to keep the nuitrient levels down? And wont corals brown out if you dont keep them clean?

I don't use filter socks anymore but if you're having to clean them too often you could try a larger micron sock.

Larger micron is the best way. However, i am keeping two or three on hand and Washing machine is the best way to go.
