This is my 10gallon tank. First saltwater tank so still learning a lot every day.

This is filter less and skimmerless. I use two koralia 240 powerheads. I do 2 gallon water changes weekly. The tank has been running for 5 months.

2 mocha clownfish
1 tailspot blenny
1 cleaner shrimp
Some snails

Thanks guys. Anybody with tips or advice I'll take them.

This was before I added some more rock.

I'm letting my tank mature for now. Still battling some algae on the sand. If I cannot control it since the sand is too fine to bump up flow I was thinking of changing everything into a 15 gallon and going barebottom. What do you guys think?

Personally I like the sand but I have seen some beautiful bare bottom reef tanks. :) It's my understanding algae is just part of the cycle process .

I have been changing things a lot. Will leave everything alone for now and see how it settles.

Very nice. What's the green piece you have upfront in the sand?

Gsp (green start polyps). Plan is to let it grow over the Rock is on top of now then seperate from the other rock work to prevent it from spreading all over.

I sometimes run a aqueon filter with their filter pad/carbon. What's your setup? I will go find your page when I get off work assuming you have one.
