Hi All

I've noticed the ends of the tail fin and one of the pelvic fins of my Kole tang are getting progressively more worn and eroded.

I've had him in the tank for 10 months with virtually no significant fish stock changes.

He was introduced at the same time as a smaller Tomini tang (who is in perfect health).

Nothing else that I can see is aggressive towards it (in fact it's probably the one that pushes it's weight around the most).

I feed brine, mysis, mixed pellet foods, clams, mussels and nori every second day.

All the other fish are fat and happy, just this fella who is concerning me.

Anyone have any tips, suggestions, ideas etc?

The fish’s spine is a bit pronounced, it’s kind of thin. Fin erosion can be a sign of nutritional deficiency. Can you feed smaller amounts twice daily?

Im probably not in a position to feed more than once a day.

Hes a weird fish, pecks at rock, sand, all sorts, but not really interested in pellets.

I dont have much algae on the rock, so maybe thats caused it.

Im not sure how to boost nutrician for him specifically as all other fish are fat *****.
