Anchorage, was not born here my dad was. But ive been here since I was 5 years old so pretty much a local after 40 years LOL :)

I feel bad asking Adam to do any more work than he already is

Wife and I are in Colorado. Have visited Alaska a few times. Such an amazing state. We sometimes dream of moving up there but I’m not sure Colorado winters and Alaska winters are quite the same :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

We dont get 4 seasons thats for sure. I wouldnt think our winters are much harsher than Colorado but I dont know :) I think it gets down to around 5 hours a day of sunlight which is what seems to mess with people the most, go to work in the dark get off work and its dark. Then in summer its light all the time so theres that lol
I would say if you make it past 3 years you stay, that really seems to be the breaking/turning point for people.

Got some coworkers in anchorage this week for a conference. They said it has been snowing quite a bit. Sent me this pic on Tuesday, caption "bet you wish you were here"

Not the norm for this time of year. Last year was record snow fall 133 inches hopefully this early snowfall is not a sign of things to come.

No, don’t feel bad my man this is what I do and I’m always happy to help. The Bahama mamas went fast, but I’m gonna cut a few more today and hopefully we’ll be able to help.
