Hello all from Florida! I'm finally getting back into saltwater aquariums. Took about 6 years off due to college and life. Told the wife I will be getting back into it once we bought our first house and waited a year.

I found a used 1.5 year old Innovative Marine 75 EXT for $500 on marketplace early this year and have been slowly piecing everything together. Not in a rush but it's coming along. Just finished the DIY sump and plumbing for the tank. Working on the aquascape and about finished with it. Will start making RODI water this week to start the cycle soon.

I've been lurking the forums and watching videos and slowly learning to make sure I set the tank up for success. Thanks for everyone's help!

Link to aquascape: Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Rocks go about halfway up the tank and around 3inch away from glass.

Nice set up! Welcome to the boards! I am coming back after 13 years. Mine is set to launch in about six months but may be put off until 2026. Which is fine. By the time it's time to get the tank ordered and built, I'll have everything else purchased!

Awesome. It does feel nice when your not in a rush and can slowly get what you want or need.
