Looking for opinions on a light for a planted freshwater tank (if not allowed here please move to the proper forum).

We are changing our cichlid tank to a planted community tank. We were looking at the finnex 24/7 planted light.

Given how she is with tanks I do not want to go with (spend the $) on a radion/kessil/ai/etc.

The tank is a 38gal bow front.

Thank you for the help

Pretty low wattage fixtures but would be ok for lower light plants. If you are planning to fo full blown planted I would do 2 bulb T5 with 6500k bulbs. If you want to go LED and be in the $100 range a CBB like a Mars would work well just have the white channel up higher and run the blues low.
