This is my first bigger tank at 40 gallons compared to my previous 20 and 10 gallon tanks. If you have anything you'd like to point out to help that would be great I'm still learning! So far 3 weeks after setup I've got a watchman goby (pistol shrimp unfortunately didn't make it past the first week after introduction, they were both paired in my 10 gallon), a tonga fighting conch, some hermit crabs, trochus snails, and an emerald crab. I plan on getting a Royal Gramma next along with a new pistol shrimp, any other suggestions would be appreciated for stocking!

You might want to tilt the powerheads down into the tank then you can create a current. Play around with them to see what works. Looks good so far.
