I picked up these two from the LFS and they're currently in quarantine. But I have a few questions.

Is an anemone required, or largely beneficial for clownfish? I plan to make the display an SPS dominant tank (25 gallons), but I don't want an anemone that'll kill the other corals.

I've been feeding them pellet food dropped into a feeder ring and they really seem to love it, but they took almost no interest in mysis shrimp. What do you guys usually feed yours and how much?

The dark spots on the sides of them has me a little concerned, I can't remember if it was there when I picked them up, but it doesn't seem like ich. Any one have an idea what it might be?

Thanks to anyone who responds.

They don’t need an anemone. Pellets are fine to feed them, provide a variety to get variety in vitamins etc. pic isn’t good enough to see the spots you are talking about. If they came from a tank with an anemone could be stings which are nothing to worry about.
