First SPS QUESTION

Okay so awhile back I posted about this little acro. I did go through a period where I did not monitor the alk like I should and it has suffered for my lacking. So my current question is while it is doing better now, it did get some tips turned white. From this photo, should I snip those white tips off, or leave them be? Thanks for any any all help

Personally, if the tip is white and algae not growing on it, I would leave it. Flesh will grow back over the white spot.

Good to know. There are a couple that did get a little algae on them, but even they seem to be clearing up.
