First tank! Almost 6 months in!

It’s a Nuvo 20! I’ve battled a lot with aptasia and flat worms. But solved with flatworm exit and peppermint shrimp! I am struggling with nitrates... I do a weekly water change same day every week sometimes two but still am struggling! So any suggestions please reply! I have a pigmy Angel, black clown, and a damsel. Also I want a top to the Aquaruim. So any cheaper recommendations I’d love to hear. Also any other things that could lead to my success!

Tank looks very nice! You should check out a diy mesh top think that would be a good idea.
