I’ve always wanted a 125gal reef tank. So I found a cheap one on Craigslist picked it up stand and canopy 150$ Ordered a Crystal 30 from BRS and a quiet one pump 1800gal/hr. I had never plumbed a system before and did a lot of YouTubing and tutorial videos to figure it out. Overall I was proud of my tank but the overflow is very noisy not to mention the plumbing underneath is not at all what I imagined. I will upload pics in a few. My questions are what is an easy fix for noisy overflow and do I need to redo plumbing to get the most out of my sump?

Only one side getting good siphon the only barely draining. No clogs checked. More 90s in the plumbing then I’d like very loud gurgles
