Let me tell you about a fellow reefer knows as @Saltyreef ! I saw he was selling a small OG bounce. I contacted him on the site and responded rather quickly. Sent me 3-5 pictures of the bounce with different angles. I also saw he had some Flaming Mohicans for sales as well. So he cut one for me and let it heal up. Sent me multiple pictures of it healing. He also sent me some pictures of his Jawbreakers (His jawbreakers look wonderful) and his prices were just way to good for babies so I purchased 2. One for me and one for a friend. (I went a little overboard, don't tell the wife) His shipping was similar to what I got from WWC's and TSA. It was very warm in my area and there was an ice pack in there as well. When I received them he contacted me right away, asking if everything went well, and how they were looking. So far so good.
Would I recommend purchasing corals from Saltyreef?
Absolutely!
The only issue is I wish he lived closer to me! The community around my area is quite pathetic. I live 2 hours away from STL so it is rough getting anything local unless you I get them shipped. I know we all have our opinions on petco..........the one close to me is not very good on the saltwater section (that is saying it nicely).
Anyways, I hope this might help out any other fellow reefer if they had questions about him or his products. It seem like he really cares about this hobby, the community, and his corals!
