So my black clownfish with the bloated belly finally think died

Saw this am before i went to work-come home 14 hrs later

its gone-was last month o ly in back corner of tank-cant see body anywhere-

do have hermits-fire shrimp-snails

could the body be disposed of that quickly from clean up crew-

was 8 months old so was not a large fish

just dont like not being avke to recover the bodies

Sorry to hear.

My guess is that your clean up crew got most of the body mass, and the skull and spine are tucked under a rock somewhere.

Although clownfish rarely jump, you might want to check around the floor beneath the tank for it.

Nah-i got a glass lid on tank-didn’t se-checked overflow as have my picasso sometimes jump to there

Guess its time for new fish

Addition thru subtraction-lose 1 fish and add 2 since i have the space still for additions
