Fish Diagnoses Request - Need help determining treatment please

Hello All,

Does anyone know what this is on one of my green chromis? THis one appears to be dominant so I don't suspect it is an injury.

Background: This batch of chromis is on week 3 of a 30-day copper quarantine with copper power (2.4-2.5 ppm). They have already gone through a full 2X dosage of general cure and water change before the copper treatment. When I first got this fish it had what appeared as a white abnormality under his scales which has now grown into this not so good looking problem.

This unfortunately is uronema which is an oval ciliated motile protozoan which causes tissue necrosis as seen on fish. . . and I recommend to treat entire tank with Ruby Rally Pro which is safest and will take a couple of days to start working. Chloroquine Phosphate will also work but must be used precisely. Uronema is not an obligate parasite, and can thrive on bacteria, uneaten food, and waste so besides treatment also maintain a clean tank removing waste daily and even triggered by low salinity levels.

Do I need to remove the copper during treatment and start the quarantine over afterwards or keep going with the Ruby Rally Pro and copper?

It does look like it could be Uronema but those lesions usually turn red by now.
