Fish ID Please -Venom Folks

Hi guys. I got this fish as a flashing devilfish, at least as LA calls them (SCORPAENOPSIS MACROCHIR), and my LFS just had them under scorpion as with almost qll venomous ones they get. It very well may be that, but the coloration on this little guy is way more striking than any flashing devil i had.

I know the Stinger peeps will know best! Apologies for pic quality. Cant seem to get good ones in blue light. And thanks in advance.
