Saw this fish on my marine depot mag cover and could not figure out wat it is so I'm turning to the great R2R community to help! My first guess is anthias but don't know which one so that's as far as I got.

Yea they're ******! Unfortunately it may not do well in my tank they don't do well in light or shallow tanks and take 6-8 weeks to acclimate.

Yea they are most comfortable at 70-75 and don't do well higher and most of the time won't acclimate well to higher temps even weeks later and can't die. They are a deep water fish found mainly in the Cook Islands in dark rocky caves and crevices or hiding in groups in deep channels. Amazing fish but has very specific needs that most hobbyists can't accommodate.
