Can you get a better picture, particularly the head/mouth? This looks like a juvenile coral grouper (cephalopholis miniata) to me...
The tail is wrong I think.

Either a Miniatus Grouper or a Polleni Grouper, its hard to tell for sure though. My main guess would be Miniatus just due to the patterning being more splotched.
