I'm building a 30G tank, since this tank is small I wouldn't make it a mixed reef tank. I thought I would be difficult to cater mixed coral needs in such small tank. Therefore I'd go with all SPS tank, bare bottom, with high PAR light and high flow.

I need some suggestions on what are the fish suitable in this kind of environment. If necessary I can put a net lid for jumpers.

Basslets like swissguard or assessor or royal gramma are good options. Pink streaked or possum wrasse (could maybe have one of each) will help with possible pests and are great fish. A tailspot blenny will eat algae and is very unlikely to harm coral (there is some chance), cleaner or circus gobies are fun, Pygmy geometric perchlet is an awesome fish. A cherub angel is risky (May pick at coral and may be aggressive) but awesome and will eat algae. Fang blennies and peaceful damsels like azure or Talbots are also good choices
