I have 2 skunk clowns fish I will add a lawnmower Benny I have a uv sterilizer a filter rated for 50 gallons with 2 bags of carbon and 1 bag of perigen what would ypu guys recommend I put in with these fish

Off topic, but tbh i'd probably nix the carbon and the purigen. You don't really need to run them all the time.

But to answer your question on the assumption that this is your 40g tank: Take a look at a royal gramma or firefish. Could also do a dwarf angel such as a coral beauty.

The old school rule I've gone by is 1 inch of fish per 3 gallons of water. And that depends of filtration and nutrient export. Just look up each fish you intend to place and determine if the water volume is suitable to it. Also, determine fish compatability (there are charts available on Google).
