is it true its legal to be topless in Austin? I don't if you read the comments below, they are right. The owner could possibly get a lot of customers, or get customers running out of the store.

Its like Deuce Bigalow. Can I get the sea snails from the really cold tank?

we need to forgive this young woman for baring her business problems to her customers. Although titillation of customers may be an idea that's all wet, it's nice to know that she is worth her salt. Some may want to suck up to her, but they could wind up with a bust in the mouth. Perhaps others may find her actions arresting. Whatever happens, the whole business sounds a little fishy and i hope all her efforts don't go down the drain. I would hate to see her business tank just because she was trying to keep abreast of the hard, naked facts of business today.
