im not sure if this helps but i just got this tank a month ago so im kinda still unsureWhat type of overflow? Long box from top to bottom? Get a net, fish it out. I have had to shut down tank to stop and drain overflow for fish. Little buggers.
there is a lot of curves in the pipes to the sump, i tried netting him but hes learned there are places to hide so i have to somehow find a way to block off his hiding spots and fish him out i guessYep, tight fit. How long a drop to the sump? Any curves or just straight shot? Could pull the pipes and let it fall. If it is not too long or curvy. I would try to get a small net and try to get it out if it fits.
Can you stop the overflow so the water level rises, allowing him to swim out with time?there is a lot of curves in the pipes to the sump, i tried netting him but hes learned there are places to hide so i have to somehow find a way to block off his hiding spots and fish him out i guess
Yep, i figured out he was in there because two days ago he poofed and then my sump started acting weird so i have been trying to see if he got stuck in there somewhere and bam hes in the overflowI cant tell, but it seems like you have an external sump?
