How to treat the wounds of fishes if they fight with each other? They are eating well

I they are eating well, and not continuing to fight, best thing in my opinion is to leave them alone and they will heal on their own. If they won't stop fighting you may need to remove one of the fish to another tank, like a QT. In extreme cases a longterm bath in a broad spectrum antibiotic, like nitrofurazone, may help injured fish heal up faster.
Side note I would never put an antibiotic treatment in a display tank.

You can soak their food with vitamin supplements (exs. Selcon, Zoecon, Vita-chem) to bolster the immune system to help heal wounds. Or for really serious wounds, give the fish a bath using Methylene Blue (or treat with it in a QT.) Methylene Blue helps heal wounds and prevent infection; although antibiotics may still be needed afterwards. Methylene Blue is also useful for treating ammonia burn. Some LFS use it on newly arrived fish during their acclimation process.
