Fishy T-Shirts, Anyone?

I had a flash of oh-my-gosh-I-could-do-that just now and I want to know if there'd be a demand. :)

I tried to do one of those 'design t-shirts and sell them' online stores a while back, but I never got any buyers. I suspect my designs just weren't interesting.

But what if I did fish and reef shirts, mugs, etc?! Would people here be willing to buy them (assuming they were good)?

I'd even be willing to take customs.

What about offering up custom print jobs for reef clubs around the country. You could do their custom logos and provide a service to the reefing community? I would be all in for something like that.

This sounds like a great idea, just make sure you have big guy sizes. I could not begin to tell you how many reef shirts I was gonna buy but they didn't have xxl. Im real broad across the shoulders and xl will not work lol.

Im down to order a couple- are you going to do direct to garmet or what is you color limit on your screen printing machine?

Yup thats a good idea. I made a couple-and I wear them all the time as any fish nerd would do.lol make sure you go with screen print as print and press in the end is terrible quality. Take it 1 step further and have peeps send you a pic of their tank and use that in the background for a custom design. Both pics hav3 my tank as the background and I love it.

I'll be using an online service and will order a sample before selling to make sure they're good. The companies I'm looking at do screen-printing...and I think there's an option for a different process...have to look at them again. It has been a while.
