I have a flame and a jaculator for four years never a problem

I have lps corals, and I love the flame angel. To me the beauty of the flame is worth a few polyps every now and then.

I added a flame angel to my 90 gal reef which also contained a coral beauty. The beauty chased the flame for a couple of days but are now
doing well together. Not bothering the corals.

I have a pygmy angel in my 60 cube. Doesn't touch anything. And he's adorable lol look at em

I have a Flame Angel in my 55 and have had them before in this tank and my 125 and I guess I was lucky, because they never bothered anything. I mostly keep softies though so that may be the difference.

I had a flame angel for over a year and never had an issue with him picking on corals. I have a 55 gallon mixed reef. I recently had to get rid of him because I lost a new Tang to bullying. I'm pretty sure it was the angel that was bullying, at least I hope I'm right or the killer is still my tank...lol.

My wife said if I wanted my 90 gallon in our living room, it had to have a flame angel. I told her about the risk and she asked again if I wanted the tank? We have a flame angel and after a year, it doesn't nip on my LPS, SPS, Zoas nor my clam....

Love the fish and I get great polyp extension!!!

I had a trio a while back. Mixed tank. Corals did just fine. The alpha male and alpha female did their courtship dance every night at 7pm. Beautiful to watch. Great addition to my tank.

I run a SRO INT 3000 rated for 300g on my 125g and I run biopellets and GFO, so I have the hardware to support over feeding without an issue, I feed daily, I have fat fish

I have a flame in mine, but in past had a queen and bicolor in reef tank for years. One day I added a emporator that taught them both to like zoas so they all left. My flame has been in sps dominate tank for over a year no issues just feed a lot for the first few weeks make him only want what you feed and always have algae to graze on.

I have a mated pair of flame angels in my 72 bowfront and I've never seen them mess with any corals. I think the colors in the fish are worth the risk

I have a Flame angel in my 65gal mixed reef and does not bother any corals . I got it when it was 1.5 inches . I got it at I think a good price 35 US Dollars . I really liked the U-tube vid . Love the angel mix !

I have also had a flame angel for years as well as lemon peel and coral beauty, lemon peel would nip at my clam every once and a while but I have never seen my flame or coral beauty nip at anything.
