do these only eat copepods or will they eat brine/mysis/pellets

i am aware these are cryptic and will hardly ever see it but i kinda like that about it, its a treat when you do see it

They can be conditioned to eat prepared foods... however, they naturally prey on small, live critters. If your tank has plenty of live rock with a healthy pod population, you will be good. If not, you can also dose pods each month to keep up with it's feeding habits.
They aren't necessarily cryptic per say, they just tend to spend most of their time in their "home". I'd assume this is due to their small size and would make an easy target for larger fish.

1. Yes! They feed on frozen, it can take a while but much like the Synchiropus species, they can be weaned onto it if there’s small enough chunks which land infront of them.

2. If you’re thinking a nano tank, something like a Fluval Evo 13.5 or a RS Max Nano you’ll see them, they may be cryptic to start but checking the tank at dusk/dawn you’ll spot them roaming around.
