Floating box for iPhone

Anybody able to make a floating box out of acrylic or something similar to float my phone for top down pictures?

I'm not sure if you have these chocolates in the US but their lids work very well for this purpose haha (the larger box though as some phones won't fit in the lid of the smaller box)

Saw this. I have an overflow cover from him. Shipping is $18 though so trying to see if I can get one for less than the $50 some that would come out to.
