Flooring.... new home

So I’ve moved into my new house a couple of days ago. I haven’t moved the tanks yet because I don’t know what to do about the floor.
This is a double wide trailer, 42 gallon corner bow front tank.
Should I take the carpet up? I don’t have time to choose flooring or anything so I will have the tank have it’s own floor.
Choices-carpet (I don’t really wanna do that) or take the carpet up and put it on plywood (idk if that the right wood, I know nothing about structure)
Or I could just put something on top of the carpet/plywood. I’ve seen some people say yoga mats and I was thinking even those foam puzzle flooring things. What are the alternatives or if there are none, what’s my best bet? Photos attached to show what’s under the carpet

Are you planning on replacing the carpet that is there? If so, and you can wait, put the tank on whatever flooring you choose. The other option assuming new flooring is to cut the carpet out where the tank sits, get it going, and then put new flooring around it. The downside to that is if you move or tear down the tank, there's going to be an bare spot where the tank sat. IMHO, putting anything on top of the carpet is pretty much a waste of materials. You will almost certainly have to shim the stand either way.

A bigger concern would be the weight of the tank and stand. You might consider a simple floor jack (~$30 at HD/Lowes) underneath to give it a little additional support.

I do plan to eventually tear out carpet but that will be a few months from now. I guess when I replace it I can just leave the carpet around the tank. I think I will put a rug under the tank but on top the carpet for the aesthetic lol.
The trailer is raised with cement bricks, I will find the spot and put the tank on top thanks for the heads up and info

Its best to replace the flooring before you set up the tank.. But Being its only 42 gallons you can lower the water level and move it Gently with gliders when you redo the floor at a later date. If that is the case i would just put the tank on the carpet keeping it out from the wall to not sit on the tack strip.. (most are off wall enough without thinking about it

I Would advise to not put anything between the carpet and the tank. Its just another piece of material to cause issues if you do end up with water leakage or spills...
