Flow solution/power heads?

I hope I’m asking this in the correct area. I’m building a 125 gal tank, 72x18x22. I’m planning on having LPS and softies. Would 2 mp40s, one on either end of the tank, provide sufficient flow?

Yes. I have a 120g SPS heavy mixed reef with two of the MP40s and I run them at max 60% currently.
