I have a flower anemone that I bought at a lfs and it was attached to the bare bottom of the tank. I've had it in my 60 gallon tank now for over two months and it won't attach anywhere in my tank. I originally placed it in a spot between my live rock and it stayed there for about a week and hasn't stayed put since.
I've even tried to make it stay in several locations by using the bottom of a plastic blueberry container which would keep it from floating all over the tank and even tried making sure that the different spots had access to the glass bottom, only have an inch or so of substrate, no dice.
I'm concerned that it will sting other corals in its travels... any ideas before I get rid of it?
Thanks in advance
