Fluconazole - Pharmacy "Grade" and Fillers

I don't have access to the "Reef" grade Fluconazole where I"m at, but do have access to the ones manufactured for the pharmacy. Based on the pharmaceutical data sheet, the ones I can get contain the following substances added:

Colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid and talc.

Based on other brands, this seems to be the common 'fillers' added. I'm reaching out there to determine if anyone can advise on whether it's safe to use?

The additives are safe for people and for reefs to ingest. The medical community is very careful not to use additives that may poison you or your reef.

I’m waiting for the reason(s) not the allegations. Reasons, like chemistry and reactions can be informative and provide a useful tool to attack people like me that have made outrageous claims without any evidence of truth.

Years ago a dentist came into the fish store and checked out the lot numbers on the antibiotics that we sold and they matched the lot numbers for the antibiotics that were sold at the pharmacy. He concluded that they were from the same drug supplier and likely identical in content.

The common treatment for reef bugs uses dog medicine, ground up and dissolved into a reef to solve the problem.

No dogs were harmed in this post.

No kidding. Some people think ingesting mercury or aluminum is ok.

How do you know that aquarium grade fluconazole does not contain the excipients (not fillers)?

Lactose and steric acid are bacteria food, though not much when diluted in the aquarium. Talc and silicon dioxide are inert inorganics, and again, diluted in the aquaium, so what right. Microcrystalline cellulose and croscarmellose are cellulose and a erivatve, which might be microbe food, though not that much to be considered a decent dose.

Who can you trust, so it would appear that there is really no need to ask anybody because none except Jesus can walk on water?

Appears to be 3 dimensional but is only one sided.
