That skin discoloration, in a pattern like that does NOT look like flukes to me. I couldn't really see its respiration rate to try and rule out velvet. The other fish are all asymptomatic? That would rule out the common protozoan diseases like ich and velvet, as those would affect all of the fish. Water quality issues can be ruled out the same way. That leaves bacterial or viral issues. You can't treat for viruses. Bacterial disease treatment would require moving the fish to a hospital tank and treating with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic.

To be honest, I do not have a good diagnosis for you here, sorry!

It is *possible* that the fish had flukes, and those were treated, but now a secondary bacterial disease has infected the damaged skin.

yes the other fish are completely fine which includes

2* clownfish
1* midas blenny
1* mandarin
1* royal gramma

do you think its worth doing another fluke solve dose next thursday then that will be 3 doses?

when you say virus ? could it be tang specific cause i also had a yellow tang that went downhill

i'm not going to get anymore tangs though

I don't think you need to do another Fluke Solve treatment here. Little is known about aquarium fish viral diseases, however, these are often host-specific, so having tangs both be affected, could well be that....leaving the other fish unaffected.

alright cheers for all your help jay i honestly don't think he's going to make it through the night anyways he is swimming around looking like that with the lights off i have turned the wave makers down abit as they wer blowing him about a little
