are these good light settings for a 75 gallon mixed?

As far as spectrum it looks fine to me, I tend to run red a bit higher and purple and cyan at the same levels. . . That said, these lights are not known to be the brightest, and most of the intesity is coming from their white channel/white LEDs. Running your whites that low may mean not having enough light for corals with high light demands. Also, if this is a standard 75 gallon it is pretty deep and pretty wide for a single fluval bar IMO IF you are wanting to grow SPS.

Personally I would bump blue, cyan, and purple all to 100% then run white and red a bit higher and to aesthetics. . .
Running the blue "night" lights that high seems odd to me, not saying it is wrong or bad, but I have always run blue only at 5-10%

I am no guru so hopefully others will chime in. Not hating on these lights, I have used and still use a bunch of them! Just most people will say they are a bit underpowered.
