Do you recall the first member that followed you on Reef2Reef?* Well I do,it was @Shep .It made my day.Did I mention,It's Friday? That's a good enough excuse to follow along with someone today!

I am not computer savvy. I'm not on facebook, snapchat, or any social media sites. In fact, I just got my first cell phone a couple months ago, and it typically sits on the shelf next to the house phone.....where the battery eventually goes dead....and when I charge it, find that I've missed five calls. I think you get the picture....I'm old!

Anyway, last year someone started following me and, not knowing what it was, sort of freaked me out. I actually posted HERE to inquire about being followed. Unfortunately I don't remember who the first was.

Note that I don't know where it might be if you're on a phone, but on a computer, in your profile page, just below your avatar.....Following and Followers.

Great idea! I didn't even know this was a thing on R2R. I like this site more and more every day!

Forgive my ignorance but what exactly does following do? Are there notifications you can receive?

I am not sure about the notifications.You can see everyone you follow on "Your News Feed".Find the menu by clicking your user name(upper right). This makes it a little easier to keep track of member's post.*
