Wow!!! I have wanted a crocea again since I lost mine a few years back. Had it about 10years. Loved it. They are the most demanding of light. I did keep mine on the sandbed (although, they are rock burrowers) under metal halides. 250W, 10" off water, 24" water. They usually received about 100 to 140PAR. At least when I measured it. :)

I got mine already full grown at 6" but like I said had it a long time. I wish longer. So, I could keep mine on sandbed.

Hopefully you did some research on them. They are filter feeders and do have some care requirements. Type of Flow and lighting are important and there are certain fish and inverts that will stress or even kill them. Be sure to inspect mantle and tissue daily
