Forktail blenny and Banggii cardinalfish compatibility

Can I keep tank raised forktail blenny and a Banggii cardinal fish in a 20g quarentine tank for a few weeks?

30-gallons is recommended for the blenny. It's also venomous, btw.

It’s possible - Not recommended but it will work (Completely different species of fish). Since it’s only temporary the size doesn’t really matter, as Blaxsun said they are venomous so be careful although the venom is only used as a last resort (As with any venomous fish).

Thanks for advice. I received a little earlier a response from Jake Phillips at BIOTA : Those should be fine together for a few weeks in a QT tank just make sure there's some plumbing and hiding spots for both species. I know bengai tend to like thin spiky looking housing and the blennies prefer caves. Here we use pyramids of 3/4" or 1" pvc for the blennies.
Does anyone know what he means that Banggii "tend to like thin spiky looking housing"? Any ideas about what I could use for "thin spiky looking housing"?

I think he is referring to sea urchins. Bangaii fry hide out in urchins while young for protection against predation. Not sure if they also do as adults or not.
