Gang,

I need some lighting for my 4x2 120 tank. Ideally i would just get 2 AI primes but im trying to see if there are any cheaper options.

Tank has a center brace

Thanks in advance

T5 for FO is ridiculous, waste of power.

Anything brand name (AI) is also a waste of money.

There are many cheap LEDs online that would work great. SMATFARM comes to mind.

I've even used a light from home depot for fish only. I would never recommend 2 primes plus the mounts, that is extravagant money on any tank, there are way better way cheaper options..... If you really want a reef light, go for the 200 watt nicrew or 2 x 150 watts. Or look at freshwater lights, those are way cheaper than reef lights.

Yea lots of inexpensive lights for a tank with no photosynthesis needs

But you need to define your needs/ wants
You can have no programming, limited programming or full programming.
And full color control or limited color control.

For under $200 you can get 100watts of limited programming but a " designer" type light .. ;)
Note doesn't fit rimmed tabs w out modifications.
Very limited color and timing settings.
About 14 reviews on Amazon but they don't have the discount afaict
HG-107.

Interesting enough it has a 2 yr warranty.

Btw Hyggers aren't known for "easy" programming usually.
69.99 x 2 = 139.98
And a bonus 12% off for 2.
$123.18...
T5ho hort. Fixture w some reef bulbs would be around $180 ish but 2x the wattage. 216 watts
Amazon product

Weekaqua may also have something similar.
