Hey everyone! I have just started to put frags in my frag tank and looking to add a couple fish for pest control and any algae. The tank is only 9" tall and I've already had a wrasse jump the coup. I do have a blenny in there that seems to be calm and not want to fly. Any suggestions for fish that possibly won't jump? I know all fish pose that possibility but just curious of suggestions.

Welcome to the R2R community! I’m looking at a Halichoeres wrasse for both color and utility in my tank. Leery of Damsels as the ones I had in my tank until recently were Acropora eaters.

Welcome to the Reef!

What are the overall dimensions of the tank.

For pest control, I don't think you'll be able to beat a Springari damsel in the case of a shallow, open top frag tank.

I have them in every tank for their flatworm appetite.

They also go Down when they get scared. Not up.
It's a 4'x2'. Thank you for the recommendation.
