Frag tank flow

I have just set up a 5 gal frag tank with a 10 gal aquean filter with Corbin and keep water clean it turns the tank 20 times per hour. I also have a 500 gph powerhead and that turn the tank 100 times per hour is it ok or do I need to scale down on the turn over rate if 120 gph also I will have a diy algae scrubber and protein skimmer
