I have read/heard that frogspawn tentacles are very thin and sensitive. I currently have a 1 head frag placed inside a hole in a rock. I am wondering if this is a bad placement for the coral. If it is to grow, I think I need to move it. Here is a video of my tank, and at the 24 second mark you can see what I'm talking about.

Doesn't look like a bad spot, but could use slightly more flow, IMO. Overall, it looks like your tank could use a little more flow, and more random. The torch looks real good.
