Frogspawn Question

I have 2 things going on and need some advice.
1. I noticed about 2 days ago something growing on the skeleton of a frogspawn I have. See attached photos
2. Today I got home from the beach and one of the heads on it has bailed and is in my substrate.

ok, when you can, you should check your salinity, alkalinity, phos, and nitrates at minimum to make sure they are all in line or correct so the other polyp doesn't bail.
