So this is my female frostbite clown, my question is will these small circles eventually turn full on black as she matures? Also, what grade would you give this one? Thank you!

That looks like Coral or Anemone stings, hypermelonization. It would be pure subjective speculation as to grade.

It’s the natural markings of the fish, I was just inquiring whether they would darken up with age. There’s no corals in the tank other than an RBTA and she hasn’t gone in there yet. This is a common coloring trait of Frostbite Clowns. I’m hoping the little dots will color in nicely, tho I’m not too sure.
 
Mid grade,less than 20 spots per side , premium grade 20+ per side ,nice fish... :)

Ive seen a few in display tanks, the black gets darker as it goes
